The Twelfth Street Property is ideally suited for a relaxing get away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The location is one block from the beach but also centered on the more established area of town so that restaurants, bars, shops and stores are all well within walking distance. The house has two separate suites. The front suite has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace while the back suite has a bedroom and bath with a Jacuzzi tub. This arrangement allows privacy for our guests. The Gulf of Mexico is visible and guests enjoy the calming gulf breeze.
