Enjoy your vacation in a bright, clean, well appointed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath air conditioned home near Hardings Beach. The kitchen features granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. Amenities include cable TV, DVD, high speed wireless Internet, gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer. We are 3 miles from charming Chatham center's shops and restaurants. Friday evenings feature a band concert. The Cape Cod paved bike trail is 1/4 mile away. Available activities include walking, biking, swimming, fishing, birding, Chatham's public 9 hole golf course, public tennis courts, kayaking, fishing. Evenings can be spent watching the very popular Cape Cod summer baseball league games in Chatham.

Our lovely 4 bedroom home is convenient to most activities that you will look for on your vacation. We are less than 1 mile from Hardings Beach and close to other beaches and ponds. The paved Cape Cod bike trail is just across Route 28. Watching the famous baseball summer league games in Chatham is a very popular activity. We are 3 miles from the very popular Chatham Center where there are lovely shops and a band concert every Friday evening in the center of town. Chatham has a public 9 hole golf course and tennis courts in town. Nature preserves and boat trips to see the seals, etc. are available.

Notes: The first floor contains the living room, TV room, kitchen and dining area, half bath and master bedroom with a full bath. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, two full baths and a second TV room. Two porches - front and back. The yard is safe for the children as we face the driveway, not Barn Hill Rd. Walking or biking to the beach is easy as there are new sidewalks. Great restaurants are close by and in Chatham center. Walk to Duncan Donuts and famous breakfast and lunch restaurant one long block away

The pictures do not give you a feel of the grandness of the house. The place was fantastic and the owners more than accommodating.

This cottage was exceptional. Clean, quiet, very well laid out. Appliances and furnishings are above average. It was a pleasure to stay here.
