An architect drawn house on a 6000 m2 land area by the ocean, in a very peaceful area which will allow you to completely relax and experience the nature. The house has 4 rooms and a kitchen. 5 beds are in the main building and 4 beds are situated in a guest house close to the main building. A 200 m2 terrace on the West, South and East side of the house.The house is situated on an island but is accessible by road. 10 minute travel from the city of Mariehamn and 30 minutes from Eckerö. The house is available year round and has all the modern facilities including a jacuzzi. Floor heating in all rooms ensure comfort also during the winter season. For families with children this is the perfect place as well for those who simply are looking for some time to relax and enjoy nature, take a break and do nothing at all. Small boat rental can be arranged. Stunning small islands with crystal clear water at the harsh outer island archipelago just a few minutes by boat from the own jetty.
