Sleek and modern high-rise apartment on 37th floor of new building with gourmet kitchen, marble bathroom, bamboo floors, state of the art entertainment system (50'' flat screen TV, high speed internet), 24 hour doorman/security in one of NYC's hottest neighborhoods. Luxury building also has roof top sun terrace with panoramic views of both rivers and Statue of Liberty, plus a second floor terrace with club lounge, laundry and valet services. Walking distance to Times Square, theater district and Greenwich Village. All major subway lines within 5 minute walk. The apartment has a queen size bed in the sleeping alcove with a sectional sofa that can be used for a third person.

Fantastic place to stay!

We stayed in the studio several weeks ago and it was even better than we expected. The apartment is very nice: clean, bright, modern, has everything you need for a short stay in the city. It is ideal for 2 people. The view in this place is absolutely spectacular (37floor). If you are adventurous enough to take subway in the city, you are just 10 minutes walk from several subway stations. Whole Foods is within a walking distance too. Starbucks is just across the street. The owner is super nice and was very responsive to all our inquiries. Overall, we had a wonderful stay for 4 days in NYC. We definitely recommend this place over a stay in a hotel.

Little dreamland

This place is amazing! The two nights that I've spent here has been wonderful. I remember from the time I first checked in and saw the view, I was instantly mesmerized! I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. It may be a studio apartment but it is quite roomy.
The building is well kept and the doorman's were nice. The neighborhood is very nice as well. It is very convenient with all the restaurants, stores, and attractions nearby.
The one thing that really got me is the view of the sunrise early in the morning, it is absolutely breathtaking. I love the place and I would highly recommend it. A big thanks to Eric for being very helpful and courteous!
