This wonderful Heated Pool Home is perfect for families (large or small) to get together. There is 2300 sq . ft. of living space and from the moment you walk into the GREAT ROOM with its fantastic tall ceilings you’ll be greeted with its spacious open plan design with a TOP OF THE RANGE CHEF KITCHEN with center island.
The seating area has a huge and very comfortable sofa with 2 recliners to really relaaax! There is a 47” LCD HD TV with full cable selection as well as a DVD/CD player ( a selection of films are provided) as well as an I Pod Dock. There is also a 32” HD TV in the loft on the first floor (another lounging area). There are ceiling fans and lighting options to suit your mood and the double French doors overlook the pool, garden and patio.
The oak stairway leads to the second floor with a Master suite with king-size bed and a sofa/bed, a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a gigantic covered BALCONY (31 x 10 ft) with decking right off the master suite. The further two bedrooms each have a queen bed, with two twin beds in one of them. The loft outside the three bedrooms also has a sofa/bed. The washer and dryer is conveniently located off the loft in a laundry room, as is the second full bath. THIS HOME IS PERFECT FOR TWO FAMILIES!
It literally takes FIVE MINUTES to walk to the BEACH from the house and if you want to go further afield it only takes 45 MINUTES to drive to ORLANDO and all of the theme park attractions.
With this vacation rental you realy do get the 'Best of both worlds' - PERFECT.

We are from the UK but have come to stay in Cocoa Beach for the past 5 years on holiday, in fact we rented our house in 2006, then it came on the market in 2009 and we were lucky enough to buy it. We know what a great house it is to stay in for your vacation and what a friendly neighbourhood it is in, OH and the BEACH!!!

This house was an excellent choice for our week long stay to watch our daughter's college softball team play. This house has everything you could possibly want; kitchen items, pool and beach toys for the kids, towels and linens and even a bike for short rides. It is a short walk to Ron Jon's Surf Shop and many local restaurants. The pool was nice and warm and the kids loved it! Plenty of sleeping room and able to do your laundry right on site. The best thing....the beach right across the street! The place is clean and the property manager, Barbara, was very helpful with questions. We are definitely planning to come back if our daughter's trip is in Cocoa Beach next year!
The house is wonderfully located one block from the beach, was clean and well kept, and managed beautifully. While there were small and somewhat insignificant issues (such as having an annoying alarm on the door leading to the pool which could not be turned off) the house and the owners were lovely. The bedrooms were clean and well kept and the beds themselves were as comfortable as our own at home. Nice! The shops, the restaurants and the birding locations are all nearby (such as the Viera wetlands bird sanctuary) and a must visit is the Island Creamery, noted as one of the 12 best ice cream shops in Virginia. We have come to Cocoa Beach every year for the last 6 years and this place was as nice as any of the places we've been. When we return next year, this house will be our first choice.
This three-bedroom house can sleep ten people, so it easily accommodated the seven of us for our late-winter reunion in the sun. We enjoyed daily swims and walks on the beach (a block and a half away), and had easy access by car to the Kennedy Space Center (excellent tours), golf, and the Washington Nationals spring training games in Viera. A bonus for us was the well-equipped kitchen (including a fair selection of spices and herbs, which we augmented) for preparing our group dinners and breakfasts. We hope to come back next March.
This is a great vacation house for several guests! Very close to the beach,and a short walk to restaurants, grocery, and many other things. Pool was great!!
This house is exactly as described by the owners. Huge amount of space with a well-stocked kitchen and TV in every bedroom. Perfect for our grumpy teenagers to hangout. The pool was small but very clean and well maintained.There is a car park behind the pool and the noise sometimes affected peaceful sunbathing. It is a short walk to the beach which was beautiful and almost empty but not far from the cafes and shops on the pier. Cocoa Beach is a lovely laid back not overly touristy place with plenty of places to eat. Theme parks and Orlando just over an hour's drive away. Highly recommended
This rental exceeded our expectations. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage space for your traveling items so you are not tripping over them at every turn. In addition , the pool was perfect in size and with the alarm on the door for added safety. We have a daughter with special needs and when she just needed a place to be this rental provided the perfect oasis. We didn't have to worry about her leaving and getting lost, it was so close to the beach it was easy to get to and we were close enough to many activities as well as grocery stores and restaurants that were easy to find from our location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rates are subject to change until reservation has been confirmed. Peak season pricing applies to all holiday weeks. Rates listed 2015/2016 are based on 8 guests/ beyond 8 guests & up to the Max.of 12 guests the charge is $100 per guest , per week.

$500 Booking/Security Deposit, payable within 10 days of booking please, which is fully refunded within 10 days of departure following cleaning & an inspection, the balance is then due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations that are made more than 30 days/60 days for extended renters/3 weeks or more/ prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
