GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF HOME:
The layout of the home is perfect for extended families, groups of friends or executive retreats. The master w/bath and an additional bedroom and bath are upstairs. Downstairs has three bedrooms (one is a second master w/temperpedic mattress), two large baths, laundry with front loading washer/dryer, entertainment room, gameroom, entry foyer with circular staircase and airlock entry. Four of the five bedrooms have their own TVs.

DOWNSTAIRS AMENITIES:
Upon entering the home through the slate tiled airlock entry into the two story foyer you can continue on to the sunken downstairs entertainment room complete with flat screen TV with built in surround sound above the rock walled Extrodinaire fireplace. There is a door to the outdoors at one end of the room and the built-in bar with wine cooler is at the other.
Each of the three downstairs bedrooms have their own TV's. There are two full spacious baths, laundry room with Maytag Neptune washer/dryer. The game room has a foozball table and entrance into the garage or the outdoor lower level covered patio.
UPSTAIRS AMENITIES:
The stunning circular staircase brings you to the huge greatroom with soaring beamed ceiling, rock walled Extrodinaire fireplace, flatscreen TV w/ built-in surround sound. The front opens to the immense front TREX deck with fabulous views of Painted Rock. The dining area has a circular custom table with 8 wood carved chairs and lazy susan top. There are two adjacent bar stools at the granite breakfast bar. An additional small table seats 4 for addional seating and can serve as a game table.
The kitchen is appointed with all high end appliances and built-ins and is finished with slate floors and granite counters. All cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, glasses, small appliances, etc. are supplied. The Thermodore range includes a grill. There is a second grill outdoors on the rear covered balcony together with the hot tub.
The upstairs master has soaring ceilings and a flatscreen TV. The enormous bath has a jetted tub and separate marble shower. Counters are marble.
Ski:
Squaw Valley Ski Resort is 2 miles down Squaw Valley Road. There is a shuttle at the end of the street. Alpine Meadows Ski Resort is a short drive away as a convenient alternative. Northstar, Sugar Bowl, and Boreal Ski Resorts are all within a 30 minute drive.
Golf:
The Golf Course at the Resort at Squaw Creek is 1 mile away. There are numerous other golf courses in the North Shore Area including Coyote Moon, Old Greenway and Northstar.
