The Bayview condo offers a comfortable, roomy penthouse home that keeps you above the hustle of the boardwalk and provides panoramic views of the bay from the 33-foot shaded deck. Our large beach home is great for families and is located in a friendly neighborhood setting. The open room design allows you to enjoy the view whether cooking, dining or while catching up with family and friends! Each bedroom has a private, tiled bath adjacent. Generally, 2 garage parking spaces and 1 surface space for a SMALL car are provided. Common yard area available, too approximately 12x25. Laundry is located en suite! The fireplace is wood-burning. Linens Provided. South Mission Beach offers the best of San Diego's beach life! Come and enjoy the tranquility of the calm bay, wonderful sunrises and fireworks with just a short walk to the ocean-surf and terrific sunsets. You can have it all!!!
