This is a totally re-modeled loft space with a large open plan Sleeping area, kitchen, living area.

The decor is charming old world.

Perfect for relaxing, or even a working holiday. Included is a sitting area, with a powerful Dell on-line computer and hi-speed internet.

We rent to families as well as many people in the entertainment industry.

Just streets over from the quaint Venice Walk Streets and 4-blocks to Abbott Kinney Blvd. 10 minutes walk to Whole Foods, 20 minute walks to Santa Monica’s Main Street. 20 minutes to the beach and the Venice canals.

We have 2-adult bikes .

Full kitchen- Cable with HD/3D televisions. New appliances throughout.

Washer/dryer in unit. All new fixtures in Kitchen & Bathroom.

best vacation ever!

We loved staying here! The owner was wonderful and accommodating! The house was clean and charming. The outdoor pergola was the best place to hang out. I would come back any time!
