An incredible house that will instantly relax you
This was our first family vacation since having a baby. Me, my husband and our 7 month old daughter stayed here for a week, and it was pretty much a perfect experience. Tybee Island is nice enough, with just about enough to do to fill a week, but it was THIS HOUSE that really made the vacation. Everything about it is graceful and peaceful. The pool is gorgeous and our daughter spent an hour splashing around in it every day, gurgling with delight. The owners were really sweet and even lent us a pack and play for our baby to sleep in, as well as some other bits and pieces, and gave us the name of a local business where we could rent a highchair. We cooked every day in the lovely kitchen - it is incredible being able to walk to the well-appointed supermarket in about ninety seconds, yet still feel as if you are miles away from anywhere when you get back to the patio and sit watching butterflies and bees darting in and out of the flowers. I'm not sure we would choose to go back to Tybee Island a second time, as I feel like we've "done it" now, but then again this house might just be reason enough to return.
