The Manor is conveniently located 3 blocks from Bear Lake Blvd and 2 blocks from Logan Road. Year Round Access. Sailboat Manor provides comfortable accommodations for large groups (25-30 Maximum). Beds are available for 24 guests with plenty of floor space for sleeping bags. The inside dining area seats 20 with additional outside seating on a 950 square foot deck. It is an ideal private location

It is surrounded by 2 acres of undeveloped land, giving it a rural and private setting. When you are ready to hit the town it is simply 3 blocks away from delightful city center shops and delicious local eateries. It is 5 blocks away from the waterfront, a few miles away from the renown Pickleville Playhouse, the Bear Lake Golf Course and is within 15 miles of the Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Activities available in the surrounding area include boating, swimming, water and/or snow skiing, atv riding, horseback riding, snowmobiling, hiking, road and mountain biking, and walking paths. The Manor is located 45 minutes from Logan, Utah, and is easily accessible year round.
