This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo 9th Floor Center Unit with a Private balcony. New furniture and fresh paint. I manage my own rental (so I have no rental agency charges) and I charge the lowest rates. Hi Fi DSL is free and secure. Laundry room is 20 Feet from your room too. Unobstructed view with a private balcony.
Located on the south end of the Island at 900 S. collier Blvd. @ ¾ south of the Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach ( 9Th Floor Center ) and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the complex have direct beach access.
The bedroom has a king-size bed and there are 2 twin sleeper Love Seats in the living room. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with HIGH SPEED DSL, 2 TVs / DVD player, all linens, bath towels, 6' thick beach towels, beach chairs anda beach cooler. The unit has a private balcony with table and chairs and the Sunsets are amazing.
The Apollo condo complex has a huge heated pool, HotTub ,work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the SunSet Grill. The bar has great drink specials and was voted best happy hour on Marco Island Florida.
The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. I always rent SATURDAY - SATURDAY. I can do long weekends too.
If you want to relax and enjoy some of the best beaches in the world , along with excellent restaurants and shopping , come to Marco Island.

The sunsets, dolphins and gulf view were delightful! Local restaurants were excellent. Beaches were clean and not too crowded. Shells were plentiful. This was our first stay at a condo (normally stay at the Hilton) and we are looking forward to a return trip. The condo was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The only hiccup was lack of wifi connectivity the first two days. However, the property owner and local provider were very responsive until it was resolved. The stove could use an upgrade, but it was adequate. Everything else was wonderful.
Great Location, Clean. Love the Balcony. Dolphins swimming in the Gulf Daily & Sunset Views Every night.

Absolutely wonderful vacation condo! Great location! Clean and impeccably maintained.The condo is pleasantly decorated and the sofa/sleeper and bed are so comfortable. Everything you need from a kitchen is there. The balcony is private with spectacular views of the ocean, the sunsets were BREATHTAKING! We enjoyed cocktails on the balcony every evening watching the sunset! The beach is beautiful and relaxing...we watched dolphins so many times we lost count! Shells were everywhere, and the water was warm and so clear! We saw lots of fish too! The property has beautiful landscaping, and the pool and hot tub are inviting...the Sunset Grille has great food...try the AHI! Eric the owner was very friendly and answered many questions that helped us have a GREAT vacation...I highly recommend this condo for an awesome vacation! You will love it!!! Can't wait to go back :)
Comfortable. One bedroom condo. Furnished as advertused. There were 2 of us who spent the week and enjoyed the condo and the beautiful view.
My husband and I we very pleased with the condo and the building. We would highly recommend this condo. It could use a décor update. We had a great view for the 4th of July fireworks.
The rental was well equipped. Except for an umbrella it had everything you could want or need. It is a bit run down and the furniture is well worn. It also needs a good cleaning. The bedding is old and nubby. We found it to be very dusty and there was mold in spots. For those with allergies it would not be a good choice. Also, for those who are light sleepers, it is right by the elevator. The location was awesome. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant downstairs. Eric could not have been nicer or more helpful. If you are going to spend all your time outside, it is perfect!
