Where can you find a brand new home with a great view less than 1.5 miles from Main Street! Nicely furnished and appointed It has two family/entertainment rooms and two large covered decks, a modern gas kitchen, gorgeously furnished, cable TV, wireless Internet--everything needed for a great Highlands vacation. Located in desirable Highlands neighborhood. This new home by Sullivan Construction has the feel of a custom home because all of the fine finishes have been selected by renowned Designer Darren Whatley. The open floor plan has an antique wood ceiling and Australian cypress floor. The huge kitchen features top of the line Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances including double dishwashers. A butlers pantry makes room for a second refrigerator and boasts a wine cooler and racks plus plenty of cabinet and pantry space. The master on the main has a spacious bath with freestanding tub, tile shower and built in television area.

  • The Master Suite (Bedroom 1) on the first floor features a king size bed and his and hers separate dressing area/closets. The adjacent bath has granite counter tops with two sinks and extensive cabinetry and large flat screen TV. The center piece is a beautiful free standing tub and it's adjacent tile shower. On the lower level is a Second Master Suite (Bedroom 2) with a queen bed has access to the covered deck. It's bath is similar to the Master Suite and has a large walk in shower. (Bedroom 3) has access to the covered porch and features a queen bed and adjacent bath. It is also adjacent to the (Kids Bedroom) which has twin bunk beds and shares a bath with bedroom 3. (Bedroom 4) above the garage and accessed with a private stair from the kitchen hall features twin queen beds and it's own private bath.

This house is magnificent! The pictures simply do not do it justice. The views are breath taking. The gourmet kitchen is a joy to cook in with all of it's Viking appliances. More than enough room. Highly recommend!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
