This is a direct oceanfront unit with unobstructed views of the ocean and beach. This non smoking unit has recently been updated with fresh paint, new fixtures, linoleum, vanities and several new appliances. WIFI has been added to this unit to keep you connected if desired. Directly across from the elevators for quick easy in and out. A short walk to the point of Cherry Grove. Just a great place to sit back relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. There is a 3 night minimum from January to April. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from May to October with a 25 y/o age requirement (proof of ID required) and sorry, no pets.

GREAT CONDO!!!

This was our first trip to Cherry Grove and we will be returning! The condo was wonderful. Very clean. Views were awesome. Beach was just a few steps from the parking area. It was wonderful dealing directly with the owners. The key was mailed to us so there was no hastle! We hope to rent this one again - unfortunately it is for sale so we will keep our fingers crossed for next year. A special thank you to the owners for being so easy to deal with.

I just have to say, this was the best place to stay. Very well stocked, and the rooms were very nice and the view, oh LOVED it.. The entire thing was just so relaxing and plesant that I wish I never had to leave.

Cherry Grove Vacation

We enjoyed our Cherry Grove vacation more than any previous visit to the Carolina coast. It was a pleasure to deal directly with the owner rather than an unconcerned property manager or realtor who had no personal interest in the property. The condo was everything that was promised with a well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decor, and clean, adequate interior. With allergy sufferers in the family, the no-pets and non-smoking policy was a welcome change to most rentals today. The beach was family-friendly and beautiful with the inlet only a ten minute stroll away. We has a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren, and I highly recommend this property and location.

This was our first experience with this property and owners. It was such a pleasant experience. First of all the condo was so clean, bright and handy. The views out the balcony was breath taking. The weather cooperated for us and Easter sunrise was beautiful. It was quiet and and added bonus there was covered parking and an elevator. The owners were a dream to deal with. They answered all our questions,made recommendations that we requested and were very prompt in their replies. Highly recommend!
