Palm Paradise is a three bedroom, two bathroom plus den private home situated on a large private street just off West Gulf Trail on beautiful Gulf of Mexico side of Sanibel Island, Florida just 20 minutes from Fort Myers International airport. This family owned and utilized private residence is designed for single couples and or couples with children both young and old. The home comes with vaulted ceilings, large bedrooms, a washer and dryer, fresh linen, all new furniture and appliances, private backyard, a wood fireplace, gas BBQ, 2 car garage, heated swimming pool, Wi-Fi internet, IPOD hook up, cable, 2 TVs/DVDs, portable phone, 2 bicycles, a large relaxing upper screened in lanai, 4 beach chairs and deeded beach access to the lovely Gulf of Mexico. Shopping and a large variety of reasonable priced restaurants are within a 5 minute drive on the island as well as in nearby Fort Myers. There is a movie theater as well as live theater on the island.

The home is located on the Gulf of Mexico side of the island. The famous Ding Darling conservation area is nearby. There are a large number of local restaurants catering to all tastes right on the island and within minutes drive of our home. There is both a live theater and movie theater on the island.

Beach Access: Our home has deeded beach access. You walk a few yards to the main street, West Gulf Trail, turn left and walk for about 2-3 minutes to the Blue Lagoon Condos and then onto the beach!

Conservation Areas and Wildlife: The island is inhabited by all kinds of natural wildlife and birds migrate to and from Sanibel's Ding Darling conservation area all year round. The dolphins and manatee are abundant and the shelling spectacular!

Biking, Hiking and Walking!: Lots and lots of places to bike, walk and or hike to your heart's desire!

Golf: There is a beautiful 18 hole public course on the island, another 9 hole course on Captiva and numerous courses in Fort Myers for every type of golfer and taste.
