Enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach in our newly remodeled one-bedroom condo. Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is a gated community on Tybee Island’s beautiful, quiet north end where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Savannah River. We are on the elevated first floor overlooking the pool. From our balcony you can watch shrimp boats at work and huge freighters as they travel in and out of the Savannah River channel. Just a few steps down the boardwalk that crosses the dunes and you are on the beach where you can relax in the sun, and watch the dolphins play. Savannah Beach and Racquet Club has three tennis courts, a beach side pool and a kiddie pool. Free WiFi is available on the upper pool deck and gazebo, as well as from the deck along the back of the clubhouse near the tennis courts. Our vacation home provides everything you need to enjoy your stay.

This galley kitchen includes dishes, flatware, cups & glasses, pots & pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. We even provide the coffee. The TV has a built-in DVD player. There are DVDs, books, and board games for you to enjoy. For relaxing on the beach or at the pool, we have plenty of beach towels for your use. We also have pool toys for the kids and a couple of beach chairs. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on each floor at the pool end of the building. Washers are $1.75 and dryers are $1.25 per load. Laundry products are available for $.75 from dispensers located in the laundry room on our floor. Pets are not allowed at SBRC. This “no pet” policy is strictly enforced by the condo management.

No smoking is allowed in any of the rental units. Our unit is completely smoke-free – this includes the balcony. We own and manage this unit. There is no rental agent involved. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. There is no minimum stay requirement. The unit is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after you leave. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $65 in addition to your rental fee.
