Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Welcome to the best family friendly vacation rental in the Ciboney complex. We are located on the 3rd floor to provide beautiful gulf views. Inside we have the largest floor plan available in the building.

Our unit is surprisingly spacious at 1106 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a king size bed in the master with 2 doubles in the second bedroom and an adorable bunk room that’s sure to please the kids. There is even a convertible sofa (queen bed) in the living room for extra guests.

That’s right, you can sleep up to 10 people comfortably in our unit. If you have a very little one, there are 2 high chairs (that attach to a dining table) in the laundry room. Yes, that’s right a full size laundry room! The kitchen is stocked as well with service for 12, a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, mixer, blender, pots and pans and a variety of kitchen gadgets for the chef in you.

We put our hearts into this place and we hope you can tell. New paint, new furnishings, flat panel televisions in living room and master bedroom. The balcony features bar height chairs (and regular height chairs) so the view in unobstructed as you’re sitting outside enjoying the sea breeze.

Also on the balcony is a deck box full of beach toys for you and your family to share. On your way to the beach? Don’t forget the chairs and umbrella tucked away in the laundry room. It’s just across the 2 lane beach street (30 mph with ample crossings) to the gated, key access semi private beach.

Our Ciboney condo is all about location. Close to everything, yet far enough to really relax and enjoy yourself. Ciboney is located at 2076 Scenic Gulf Drive (aka Old Hwy 98) which is between Destin and Sandestin. Head over to Destin to enjoy Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, Harborwalk Village, The Track and Destin Commons (which has a great outdoor play structure for the kids). Destin Commons is an open air mall that boasts the largest Bass Pro Shop in the south and well as a Rave cinema.

Head over to Sandestin and visit the Baytowne Wharf and Marina with its variety of shops and restaurants and nightly entertainment. If you want to bargain shop we are right down the road from the Silver Sands outlet mall. And if you’re hungry and don’t want to get in the car, stroll along the new path in front of Ciboney to Pompano Joes to have some fresh fish and more.

If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation at one of the nation’s best beaches (Destin was voted the #1 “Best Beach Destination” by the 2008 Southern Living Magazine Readers’ Choice Awards), then we have the place for you. After setting foot on the beaches of Destin, our family decided that we needed to own a piece of it. We saved many years and finally our dream came true! We have beach in our hearts and this is definitely one of the nicest beaches we've seen inside the U.S.

What makes this condo unique

While at Ciboney, we enjoy walking, skating and biking along the newly paved trail. We love to dine out and try new restaurants as well as some favorites. We swim, BBQ and, of course, we LOVE to go to the beach!

Upon arrival the condo was not very clean. The floors appeared to not have been mopped in months, rug in front of kitchen sink so dirty your feet stuck to it. Hall bath looked like it just was wiped down NOT clean, hair on counter, floors & in tub. Beach chairs so rusty, could not use.

I washed sheets from the 2 beds in front bedroom, middle of the week (Due to sand). NO MATTRESS PAD on the beds. Contacted owner after stay to inquire refund of deposit. She advise she would not be refunding the entire amount because we stole the mattress pad. She advised the cleaners take picture of the mattress pads prior to all stays. CONDO OWNER WILL NOT PROVIDE THE PHOTOS WITH PROOF OF DATE & PROOF THE CLEANING PEOPLE ACTUALLY PUT THE MATTRESS PADS BACK ON THE BED! Either the owner or the cleaning people are pocketing deposits!! SCAM!!

Do not book this condo. You can find a much nicer condo @ a better price. And chances are good you will not be accused of stealing mattress pads or other items!!!!
Owner's Response: This was a case of someone who did not follow provisions clearly stated in the contract that they signed and got caught and held responsible for one of the many issues that had occurred. We never make any false accusations (never accused this party of stealing, just removing and discarding the vinyl mattress protectors) and have learned to be a bit more careful who we rent to.

Our unit is meticulously cleaned by our great cleaning staff, our equipment is ready for use and we have many return guests.

We just returned from our family vacation. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had! The condo is exactly as described and met all of our expectations. Perfect location and the beach was even closer than the picture shows! The pool was so nice and clean and close to us also. The condo was nice, clean, and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anything more! It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat. The owner was very friendly and great to work with and everything was so easy in the booking process. We highly recommend this rental to anyone of any age! We are hoping we will be able to go back and rent this again some time soon! Thank you so much for everything!

Everything we hoped it would be!

This property was absolutely perfect! Great location, great amenities, and all the comforts of home! We stayed here the week of Spring Break 2012 and I'm trying to work out another vacation here in the summer! There really is no better place for me than Destin! I would absolutey recommend this property to family and friends! Of course, the greatest attraction is the sugar white sand and the emerald water, but to fully appreciate it, you have to visit Pompano Joe's on the beach at sunset. WOW! Great food, fun atmosphere, and a breathtaking view! I don't care to go anywhere else in the world, if I can go back to Destin every year, I will be perfectly content. The rental process was so easy and flawless. I will be booking all my future Destin vacations here!

we just spent the month of feb 2012 at pam's condo. it was an excellent experience and i missed out by a day to book for next year. accomodating folks to deal with and the condo was tastefully appointed. we could bring our little dog so that enhanced the visit. thanks for having us . kathy

This condo was in a great location, very roomy, and well kept. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Located within easy access to the beach, with all of the amenities of home. The owners are very easy to work with, and their instructions were very understandable.I would recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to have a great time in the Destin area.
