JUNE SPECIAL !! STAY 3 NIGHTS AND THE 4TH IS ON US!!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation property. The location is beautiful, quiet, and serene. The home is gorgeous and boasts many amenities including a fireplace, spacious master bedroom sweet, game room, large kitchen, and awesome fire pit. Our impression of the house was that it was clean and well stocked. There was more than enough space for 7 adults and 2 children. The location is perfect because it is close enough to the tourist attractions of Holiday Valley and the town of Ellicottville, while being removed enough for a restful vacation. There are only a couple of suggestions for making the house more comfortable for guests. One of the downstairs guest bedrooms had a mattress that was not very comfortable, I realize that each person likes something different when it comes to mattresses. We thought the kitchen was stocked up with nice pots and pans, dishes, etc., but it could use some baking pans such as a 9X13 for making meals. Overall we had an amazing time, thank you for your hospitality! We would highly recommend renting this home.

This place was awesome! Myself and 9 girlfriends stayed here this past weekend and it was everything we hoped for and MORE! The house had plenty of room for all of us and the layout was great! All the amenities were there...there was nothing I needed that I could not find! The views were amazing and all in all it was very relaxing. Although I was there with friends, it's very family friendly as well.....I am acutually planning a vacation there with family in October and cannot wait!

My family and I rented the place for the 2010-2011 ski season. We had an incredible time and skied until the end of March!! The house was newer, extremely clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. In fact, during the season, we had one minor heating issue, which was repaired within an hour.

The house has three levels. The third level has a landing, a very large closet, a full bathroom and a private bedroom. It was great for our parents when they visited. The main level is open with a dining room, kitchen and very comfortable living area. The main level also has a ski and boot room (with dart board) and a half bath. The kitchen is loaded with new appliances and designed in a way which is great for entertaining guests. The living area has a sectional, a very large flat screen tv (with sat cable), and a great fireplace, which we used a lot. An initial supply of wood was provided to us. The lower level (which is ground level) has three bedrooms, another living area (equipped with a smaller tv, video games and sleeper sofa). The kids had a great time here (and it allowed for the adults to have a great time upstairs). Bedrooms are very comfortable--two of which have direct access to outdoors through sliding doors. Outside, the kids enjoyed playing in the snow and sledding.

Location: It is about eight to ten minutes from Holiday Valley. Just a bit longer to town.

Internet/3G: Perhaps the only negative for us, as we wanted to stay on Thursdays and Mondays. The house does not have internet; dial-up is atrocious and 3G is very, very limited.

All in all, I highly recommend this place.
