Charming Uptown Guesthouse & Cottage

I'm almost reluctant to give up one of the best kept secrets in New Orleans! This is my home away from home when I visit the Crescent City.
The cottage is in a fabulous neighborhood and walking distance from many fine restaurants, cafes, and the St. Charles Streetcar. It is also a short run/walk/bike ride to beautiful Audobon Park. Plus you are close to a market and a drugstore if you need supplies. If you decide to get a rental car (you really don't need one), there is always plenty of street parking.
The cottage itself features one bedroom and a pull out futon - both are very comfortable. There is a small kitchenette but plenty of utensils, plates, cups, a coffee maker and such to make a late night snack or light breakfast. There is also a patio to enjoy your morning coffee outside. The bathroom is cozy but the water pressure is excellent and there are always plenty of towels.
The beauty of this place is location. Much more pleasant to visit New Orleans and feel like a local rather than a tourist, yet be close enough to all the fun and amenities.
Kristina is also very helpful and provides numbers to reach help in case it is needed
I've stayed at the cottage on four different occasions and plan on returning in the Spring. Shhhh...try and keep a good secret.
