10 minutes from the charming town of Millerton, 20 minutes from the Town of Hudson, 30-40 minutes from Rhinebeck & Redhook, 5 minutes to the Taconic Lake Park, 10 minutes to the Taconic Diner, 20 minutes to the Catamount Ski lodge, Stockbridge MA is just 30 minutes. Those who don't like antiquing will just enjoy riding around and discovering the views and the quaint little hamlets.

Built in 1900, This 3 bedroom Farmhouse is a perfect place to relax, whether it’s sitting by the fire on a cold winters night, curling up with a book on the porch, or just taking a ride through the rolling hills and farmlands to witness the amazingly beautiful fall foliage. Centrally located just 2 hours from New York City off the scenic Taconic Parkway in the charming town of Ancram NY. You are within walking distance to the Firehouse Deli, Ancram Opera House, The Ancram Post office and The Bottle Tree Restaurant. We are also just a short 20 minutes from the Massachusetts & Connecticut Borders.

  • Pricing:
    700.00 weekly. (up to 4 people)
    100.00 Daily Sun-Thurs (2 night minimum based on double occupancy-$25 per night per additional person).
    250.00 Weekend (fri-sat night)(based on double occupancy - $25 per night per additional person).

    Check out: 11am

    Holidays Rate:
    The weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years add 100.00 to the weekly rate and 50.00 to the daily rate.

    Payment Instructions:

    Rental payments are through Paypal. A down payment of 50% of rental is due with agreement. Balance is due 1 week prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of 500.00 (cash) is due at time of check-in. This security will be refunded to you at time of check-out provided no damage has occurred. At which time a partial return of said deposit is possible depending on level of damage.

    Cancelation Policy:
    30 days or longer- full refund minus Paypal fees
    less than 30 days and up to 1week - 50% of down payment minus Paypal fees
    less than a week - no refun
