The Pictures don't do it Justice

I'll admit to be concerned having never rented sight unseen. Jenny makes it easy, but you just don't know until you open the door.

What a find! This is a perfect layout for a couple getaway, or a family with a couple small children. Just large enough, without being unwieldy.

The view from the living room is spectacular, and while there are others around you, you are strategically above their roof lines. I enjoyed walking the short paved path to the large waterside deck, and reading a book in the large Adirondack chairs.

While a tactic would be to complain bitterly about the place assuring it was always available for me, it would be unfair to Jenny and the unit. It's tastefully updated, and everything worked just fine. I especially liked the air conditioning, a bit of an evil pleasure welcomed at bedtime on hot summer nights. Generally, I left the AC off and just let the fresh air flow.

I'll be back.....

Like Coming Home

Once again we had a great, relaxing time. This was our second year renting from Jenni, she is great to work with. Place is clean and cozy, Well stocked with everything The skiing was great. We will be looking into next Feb.... . At night we like to lay around and watch movies in front of the fireplace. Great being able to cook out on the grill in the winter . You are in the perfect location so close to all the stores yet so peaceful on the lake. My husband actually went shopping alone at the Tanger Outlets!!! So close to Gunstock and grocery stores.

And Jenni has great decorating taste...real homey as my son said.

Winter weekend getaway

Four of us just got back from a weekend of snowshoeing and stayed at Jennifer's condo. It was the best..clean, charming and comfortable. Jennifer was very gracious and helped us through any questions or concerns we had. You are close to restaurants, shopping and other activities. And the sunrise, over the lake, from the livingroom/deck was absolutely gorgeous!

We would go back again!

Best vacation ever!

Our stay at Jennie's condo was so relaxing I can honestly say it was the first vacation that I've had that I wasn't eager to get home! We had wonderful weather all week but I know that if it rained, this comfortable condo would have been very easy to stay in and just curl up and read a book, watch a movie, or play a board game. Jennie was so accommodating, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The condo was clean, roomy, and had a nice view of Lake Winnisquam from the deck. Close to area attractions but enough to do just for the kids and I right at and around the condo and lake. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful weekend

Stayed a couple of weekends ago for our anniversary and the place was amazing! Very cozy and peaceful with an awesome fireplace, which kept us warm and was a joy to be near. Comfortable beds, a really nice (and huge!) flat panel TV, and internet with no problems whatsoever. Hot tub was also a plus. The view of the lake was also nice. It was cool to see the ice fishers out there this time of year.

Right down the street we had everything needed, including restauarants/bars, grocery stores, and even outlets that we spent a day shopping at. Make sure to check out the Tilt'n Diner. Cool atmosphere and awesome food.

All in all, had a great time and would recommend this to anyone!
