    PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day wknd through Labor Day Wknd): $150/weeknight(3 nt minimum) $500/wknd $950/wk.

    FAMILY DISCOUNT SEASON (Labor Day wknd-Memorial wknd): $100/weeknight(x 2 nts) $300/wknd $600/wk.

    A $200 refundable DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required, plus a $100 cleaning fee applies to all stays less than 1 month.

    MONTHLY RATES are available peak season $2700/mo or family discount season $1800/mo + Damage Deposit ($500). $150 Cleaning fee will be taken from this damage deposit. Unused portion will be returned.

    MONEY ORDER or CLEARED CHECK accepted. Full rent due before arrival and CONFIRMATION sent upon receipt of payment.

    WIN/WIN CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not charge a cancellation fee, per se.
    In case of cancellation, if we are able to re-rent cottage, the amount of new rent collected will be refunded.

    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Our home is spotless, almost completely new and has all the ambiance of days gone by. The barn is a perfect place to store RVs, boat or bicycles while you're here.

Newly Constructed Four Winds Casino offers endless entertainment and is only a few minutes away.

Our family just returned from a weekend stay at this cottage. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked - the owner even had a brand new grill for us to use because the old one had a broken handle. Conveniently located off the I94 and the public beach is only a mile away. We will definitely be back!
