Just 300 feet to the ocean and a huge beach. 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach pier. Quiet residential area. The unit has been entirely renovated in '09 with all tile floors, fresh paint, new appliances and a new King Bed and matching dresser. Brand new heat and AC. Nice and cold! Everything you need is there. Linens, towels including beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella. Patio chairs and table. Pool was redone in late '08. Nice chairs, tables and umbrellas to relax by the pool. Only 1 mile to the gambling cruises at the Port. Also only 1 mile to the cruise ships. 40 minutes to Orlando international airport. 70 minutes to Disney, Universal studios and all the theme parks of the greater Orlando area. 1 mile from Ron Jons surf shop and the Cocoa Beach pier. Likely one of the best deals on the beach side. 1 month minimum but you can split it with friends or family.

Notes: All linens provided, towels, washcloths, hand towels for both bath and kitchen, beach towels, several sets of sheets. We can sleep 4 but are really set up for 2 adults in the king bed. We have 2 single air mattresses and full sets of sheets. This is a first floor unit with zero steps.

Beachside Condo: Less than 300 feet to a very quiet yet huge beach that Cape Canaveral is famous for. This is a residential area with low traffic. Local golf course is very nice and very reasonable, with twilight discounts.

Totally Renovated: Brand new AC and heat installed in May of 09. Very cold! Tile throughout the entire condo. Brand new appliances with a glass top stove.

Great Pool!: Refinished pool with a deep end. Sitting tables with awnings. Very clean and refreshing.

Golf: Public Golf course nearby with great rates.
