Just up from Sunset Lake, this charming 130 year old Victorian is within walking distance to the ferry, harbor, restaurants, shops and beaches. The house has a large eat-in kitchen that has been completely renovated. The living room and dining room areas are well furnished and comfortable and equipped with ceiling fans. Four lovely bedrooms, one downstairs and three upstairs. Enjoy the large red window boxes with flowers overflowing on the porch with a swing and rockers. The patio in back has a picnic table, and barbecue for dining al fresco and an outside shower that is so.... refreshing. You can leave your auto at home. The island bus system is outstanding, with a stop right at the end of the street. Bicycles are great because the terrain is flat and the buses can accommodate them. This home just says 'slow down and stay awhile'.
