Casa Sophia is located four kms inside the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Ka'an, and is nestled between the world's second longest barrier reef, just at swimming distance, and the lagoon which may be explored by kayak or boat. The Casa is a 3,500 sq. ft. alternative energy four bedroom (+ studio) beach villa - set on an idyllic, privately owned five acre lot surrounded by tropical foliage and directly fronting on the gorgeous white sands of the Caribbean. Its beach is one of the most pristine and tranquil in the Riviera Maya. The property offers ultimate privacy and seclusion. Explore the house's many open areas, pool area with hammocks, three terraces with stunning panoramic lagoon and ocean views and find your favorite place to bird watch, read a book or sun bathe. The Casa is cooled by constant trade breezes. Optional air-conditioning can be provided in 3 of the Casa's bedrooms and Studio for a weekly surcharge. Chef service is available either by meal or weekly.
