Just recently totally renovated condo. With brand new lush carpeting. Condo right on the Gore creek. You can hear the Gore creek water sound at night from all windows. Breathtaking views of the Mountains and multi million dollar homes in the area. Has a well maintained hot tub, sauna, and cold splash European pool. Right next to the newly renovated (30 million dollar) Cascade Hotel. The Hotel is a 4-Diamond resort style. You can use all amenities of the Hotel, which include locker space for skis, brand new heated pool and hot tub, health club, Aria spa (voted top 25 spas in Colorado), basketball court, wireless Internet, brand new (Atwater on Gore creek) restaurant and bar. Receive a 20% at the Atwater restaurant. You can call room service at any time. The Hotel bar area is a great place to meet friends after skiing all day. There is a lovely coffee shop in the Hotel.

The chair lift is located on the side of the Cascade Hotel. It is a five minute walk to get to the chair lift. You can store your skis and boots at a locker right next to the chair lift for free. Extra guests can stay at the Hotel if needed. There is a garage to store your car. There is plenty of parking for guests. The condo was recently redone by a designer. Details include beautiful drapery treatment, plasma TV above fire place, brand new furniture in the living space area. Leather sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed. Kitchen has brand new granite with updated appliances. Property has birch and evergreens surrounding the condo. It is a well rented unit!

Other Activities: Kayaking, snowboarding, wildlife viewing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, rock climbing, racquetball, shopping, basketball.

Stayed here recently. Owner very pleasant to deal with. Gorgeous views of the Gore Creek outside the back windows. Condo clean and smartly decorated. Wireless internet a big plus for us tech types. Big flat screen TV. Used the hot tub just steps away from the condo. Enjoyed the amenities of the Cascade Hotel and their free shuttle into Vail. The condo is not inexpensive, but it's well worth it. If you want Vail on the cheap, you will be on the other side of I-70. Overall a very enjoyable weekend get away.
