You'll LOVE this brand-new custom beachfront home! The main home has 4 oceanfront bedrooms, each with its own bath, HD flat screen TV, and private patio. Covered parking for 3 cars. Oversized gourmet kitchen, seating for 12 at the table and 5 at the kitchen bar. 2 dishwashers, 48' refrigerator w/ ice maker, 48' gas range, wine chiller, microwave, 2 sinks, and cookware, dishes, and lots of storage. 3 bedrooms have king beds; the fourth has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 6 kids comfortably. The 2 upstairs kings also have queen futons, allowing a family to be 'self contained' in one bedroom. The main house sleeps 16 in beds, with a media room that could be used for 'floor' sleepers. The property also features an attached guest house (optional) with ocean views, two bedrooms that can sleep a total of six, a shared bathroom, complete kitchen, and high definition flat screen TV. Air hockey and foosball tables in the game area provide fun for all ages!

Outdoor Amenities: Each bedroom in the main house has a private oceanside patio. Listen to your private stereo system as you soak in the 2nd story hot tub with private oceanside view; seats 8. Step out from the living room to a 3.5 x 46' patio, gas/electric BBQ grill, and built-in fire pit.

Appliances: Gourmet kitchen features appliances by Thermador. Two dishwashers accommodate large groups; stove has 6 gas burners. Wine chiller and wine rack in the kitchen. Washer and dryer are the largest capacity available. Laundry products not included.
