This condo is right on the water side of 6A in North Truro. It is private, quiet and between the two bustling communities of Provincetown and Wellfleet.
The Unit and Grounds: This property has been completely updated for your comfort. It is a doll's house and very quaint. You can relax and watch TV, listen to music or a video or DVD, All are included in the unit. There is also a portable ironing board. This unit is on the second floor which provides for a maximum view of cape cod bay and the surrounding area. Downstairs there are grills and a swimming pool.
The Area: North Truro is situated between Provincetown Ma. and Wellfleet. These two towns are the closest ones to the condo and make up what is considered the Lover Cape. Provincetown has an active night life with many performers, and comedy shows. Friday nights is Art Gallery night and all the galleries are open for showings and a glass of wine, The town of Provincetown also has dune rides at sunset, whale watching and loads of other things. You may just want to sit by town hall and watch the crowds go by.
Wellfleet is not to be missed either. It is very different from Provincetown but also offers shops to stroll by and a waterfront. Wellfleet has a live theater with shows changing all the time. This town is also known for its many galleries and quaint shops.
The Cape: You will never run out of things to do. Cape Cod is filled with all sorts of wonderful activities. You can drive the scenic route through all the Cape Cod towns and stop by many farm stands and antique shops.

The Cape is a wonderful place to visit rain or shine,

Toni Hadi purchased this condo in 2007
I love Cape Cod and it was not too far from NYC. I have owned in this area since 1995.
My partner and I loved this darling condo. Though small it was comfortable and had all you need for a getaway from home, we loved our coffee on the patio listening to the birds.
This unit is good value for the money. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, tableware, and pots and pans. The location is very good; just a quarter mile from Rt. 6, the major east/west highway on the Cape. There is a large chain grocery store and a very good liquor store within 4-5 miles away. From this same road, you can be in Provincetown center in 8-10 minutes. The office manager , Dawn, is a gem. She has much knowledge of the area and a huge library of brochures for your use.
We highly recommend the Lobster Pot restaurant in P'Town. The whale cruise and dunes buggy tour are, also, special and leave from P'Town. National Seashore Park entrances are close by the property.
A lovely and quiet spot for my birthday weekend
This was written in my guest book.
This spot was away from the hustle-bustle but convenient to Provincetown...the Shuttle to Ptown picks up right in front. The beds were comfy and the view very pleasant...the private balcony has a distant view of Cape Cod Bay. It has a well-equipped kitchen, but I only used it for snacks and light breakfasts. It is near the Truro Vineyards, which has a nice wine tasting and free tour...there was so much to do in the area. Great restaurants are in Ptown -- we ate a lot at "tinys" on Commercial Street. It is a localvore type resaturant -- yummy, very healthy. Also great was Pepe's. As far as other activities, one day it was very pleasant to just hang around and read. My husband and I had a great time and I highly recommend it.
The property is located in a quiet part of route 6A down the road from Montano's Restaurant and a short walk to a supermarket and a few local restaurants. It faces Cape Cod Bay. It is off Arrowhead Rd. on route 6 It faces the water but is not directly on the beach
Air conditioning provided
Golf: Golfing is in the area.
