Nice house, lovely estate

Compass Bay is only a short drive from most of the main attractions and is very central to restaraunts and other ammenities. The estate which the home is situated within isn't large, is mostly residential and is well kept. The communal pool which the house backs onto is cleaned almost daily and we never witnessed it being crowded.
The house itself was large enough to sleep 6 comfortably with plently of storage areas. The facilities such as the wash/dryer were very handy and easy to use. The decor was mostly neutral and clean. Some of the paint work would benefit from a touch up. We also liked the option of the patio area as it gave an alternative sitting area.
The management company did not deal with our requests. We also had Spanish tele sales calls every morning bar 2 prior to 9am which woke us up.
