Ramsgate 2 is a newly renovated, beachfront, two-level townhouse on the Gulf of Mexico in Seagrove Beach, Florida. Less than two miles from Seaside, right on the beach, but half the price. Bike to Seaside (or Rosemary Beach in the other direction) in minutes on the easily accessible bike path.
Truly one-of-a-kind, Ramsgate is a classic beach fourplex with character. Located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street, Ramsgate is just a couple hundred yards from Eastern Lake's tidal inlet (a perfect place for children to play). With its expansive gulf views, large decks, and unequaled beach access, Ramsgate delivers the perfect getaway for any beach bum at heart. The surf will lull you to sleep at night, and the sunrises and sunsets will take your breath away. There are gulf views throughout the unit so you always feel connected to the water and beach life. The Entry Level has covered parking for two cars - sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrellas for the beach. Your kids will love to dig through all the toys and goodies.
The first floor houses a newly renovated open kitchen with a beverage bar, dining area, and living room which opens to an oversized deck overlooking the beach. Deck furniture includes a five foot, circular table holding an 11 foot market umbrella, comfortable sling armchairs, and two pairs of bar-height chairs which are the preferred seats for sitting at the railing and soaking in the ambiance.
The main deck also includes a large charcoal grill so you can cook dinner while you watch the sun go down.
From any deck you can keep an eye on your kids playing in the soft white sand, catch the dolphins swimming by and the pelicans flying past .... just walk down Ramsgate's private access steps when you want to join them.
Everywhere on the first floor has direct views of the gulf, including the fully stocked kitchen so you can be preparing a snack or a full meal and never miss a minute of the view.
The dining area seats nine. The living room has a leather sofa with a pull out queen size bed, comfortable armchairs, and a large flat-panel television with media center. And there's a third bathroom on the first floor.
The second floor has a newly renovated master bedroom and bathroom. The bed is an extra comfortable king size, and an eight-foot sliding glass door opens to a private balcony with more vistas of the beach and the gulf. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a set of built-in bunk bed. A second full bathroom rounds out the second floor.
Although Ramsgate stands by itself, it shares community pools with Summers Edge, a complex just landward of Ramsgate. Both pools are accessed from Ramsgate by short walking paths. One pool is heated, the other is an infinity pool with partial shade.
When you vacation at the beach, don't you really want to stay ON the beach? Of course you do! Well you can not get closer to the surf than Ramsgate. At Ramsgate 2 you get gulf views from every room, and beachfront convenience your entire stay.
