Now has wireless Internet and free long distance phone. Stunning Gulf Views and an unbeatable location. It is less than two miles from Seaside - on the beach - and half the price. You can bike to Seaside on the bike paths. When you vacation at the beach, don't you really want to stay ON the beach? You can't get closer to the surf than Ramsgate on the Gulf. The Entry Level has covered parking for two cars - sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrellas for the beach. Your kids will love to dig through all the toys and goodies. The First Floor outside has a huge deck on the gulf with your own grill and a huge deck umbrella for shade. The sunsets and amazing. You can watch your kids playing in the soft white sand from the deck and watch the dolphins go by...just walk down your steps to the beach when you want to join them. Inside there is a fully stocked kitchen with views of the water. The dining area seats 9 and the living room has a leather pull out queen size couch.

There is a third bathroom on the first floor. The Second Floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, and a balcony overlooking the gulf. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a set of built-in bunk beds and a full bathroom.

Ramsgate is a classic beach four-plex, located at the end of a quiet, dead-end road. It is just a couple hundred yards from Eastern Lake's tidal inlet (Perfect place for children to play). With its expansive gulf views, large decks, and unequaled beach access, Ramsgate delivers the perfect getaway for any beach bum at heart. The surf will lull you to sleep at night. Viewing the sunrises and sunsets over the water will take your breath away.
