A ground floor ocean front condo, it offers state of the art appliances and furnishings such as custom cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf cook-top, oven, microwave, Bosch dishwasher and built in wine cooler. Every feature of Makena Makai reflects the impeccable taste of its owners. Its ensuite bathrooms are exquisite with their glass tiles, large walk-in glass showers and Italian porcelain flooring. The den has a wall mounted HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD, and CD player with surround sound, which can be accessed, from any room. Fully retractable pocket doors offer a spectacular, unobstructed ocean view and easy access to the beach only steps away. Its large lanai is the perfect place for guests to enjoy al fresco meals cooked on the private BBQ while viewing spectacular sunsets.
