This unit has everything. Gulf views from the west bedrooms and observation tower. Two pools, two tennis courts, nature-trails through a native cyprus forest in the midst of Cassine Gardens, and access to state forest hiking trails.
The double-size, open balcony overlooks the forested gardens and swimming pool. The deck provides a secluded spot to enjoy the quiet sunrises and evening breeze off the Gulf. Comfortable deck furniture includes a table, sling chairs, teak settee, and teak arm chairs.
This spacious, three-bedroom sleeps up to eight (four adults and four children) in comfort, and nobody sleeps in hallway bunk beds or on a sleeper sofa. There are king-size beds in the master and second master bedroom, plus bunk beds in the bunk room and second master bedroom, with comfortable mattresses, quality linens, and plush pillows and comforters. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub. And the second bathroom has access from the hallway and the second master bedroom.
For entertainment, there's a large screen flat panel LCD TV in the living room, a flat panel LCD TV in the master bedroom, and a flat screen TV in the second master bedroom. DirectTV satellite and DVD players means you won't experience any multimedia withdrawal unless you want to. For outdoor entertainment, there are two pools, tennis courts, a large trail system through State forest land with miles of hiking and off-road biking.
The modern kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and maple cabinets. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking up your own beach cuisine a breeze.
To get to the beach, just walk down the observation tower stairs, or take the elevator, and walk across 30A to the beach access. Cassine Station is centrally located and within walking distance to most of Seagrove's fine restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and all 30A has to offer.
Cassine Dream comes with 2 adult bikes, tennis rackets, beach umbrellas/chairs and sand toys.

Bonnie and Len grew up in the midwest and never had the opportunity to enjoy the ocean. When we moved to Atlanta, that made us close enough to visit the gulf often. Soon we had to have our own place so our children could experience the wonders of the beach. We love Cassine.

We vacationed on 30A on for several years before being introduced to Cassine Gardens and Village. Cassine Station was just starting construction and we were lucky enough to get the top floor end unit with the most space.
Cassine is the only neighborhood on 30A with old growth native cypress forests, it's very close to the beach, and it borders on state forest land. It's a real hidden gem in the heart of Seagrove Beach.
Thank you again for allowing us to stay at Cassine Station. It's a trip we won't ever forget. Your accomodations were absolutely FANTASTIC!! We'd recommend this place to anyone.
This condo is a home away from home! My husband and I found the unit to be very warm and inviting while the kids enjoyed the stock of games and books for reading. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The location is in perfect proximity to Seaside, and Rosemary beach where we enjoyed the restaurants and other activities, not to mention the very short walk across the street to the beach. The condo is very well stocked with items you don't normally find in a rental property such as; laundry detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, even bath soaps and shampoo as well as a closet full of beach toys and chairs! The kithen has everything and more needed to cook meals. We loved the beach cruisers that came with the unit and were able to rent bikes for the kids from the shop right next door to explore the amazing bike paths in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and the Seagrove/Seaside area. We hope to come back very soon and will definitely look for openings at Cassine Dream!
Here's what we enjoyed about the condo:
* 2 "Master" bedrooms, so my parents and us (my husband and I) didn't feel like either got the "better room"
* options for the kids (share very small room with bunk beds -- which they did, or separate and have one stay in our room in the 2nd set of bunk beds)
* large enough dining table for the 6 of us to eat together
* bikes to tour Rosemary Beach (5 miles) or Seaside (less than 2 miles)
* washer/dryer -- needed for all family vacations
* very easy access to the beach
* car friendly/easy parking (which is not something to be taken for granted)
* Good restaurants within walking distance (a couple)
* Priced about 50% less than places in Seaside proper that met our bedroom/space requirements
* Comfortable beds, heavy curtains & quiet part of of town (good sleeping)
* great tennis courts in the neighborhood -- 2 side by side
* above a brand new Urgent Care facility - Doc Smiley - which sadly came in handy
The condo I stayed at, Cassine Station, was wonderful. I had an opportunity to move from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom which was more relaxing for me and not so tight quarters for a one month stay. The amenities were perfect, the area very safe and the weather was awesome. :) Len was a gem to work with and was very accommodating for the few issues I had and questions. I will always consider another visit during the off season for relaxing and enjoying the 30A biking and festivals. Seagrove beach was perfect!
We stayed in the condo the beginning of June, it was great! We had two families of four, there was plenty of space and beds for 4 kids and two sets of parents. The location was across the street from beautiful beach access. The condo comes with a beach cart, toys, movies, full kitchen gadgets, etc... The only thing missing is your groceries and luggage! Town was about a 5 minute drive which has shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. The owners were fabulous to work with.
Seagrove beach is one of our favorite places to visit. We chose Cassine Dreams because it is a lovely condo with great access to the beach. It's very spacious and comfortable for families. Great extras like the beach gear and the bikes. If you need a break from the beach you have access to beautiful pools and the tennis courts. We enjoyed Goatfeathers Seafood right across the street! It was a wonderful vacation! Thanks again! We'll definitely be back to visit!
My husband, 1 year old and I went on a beach vacation with another family who also have a 1 year old and shared this condo. We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo had books and videos for kids, as well as some toys including duplo blocks and a wooden train set. This unit was perfect for our two small families to share as there were two king bedrooms as well as a third bedroom. The walk across the street to the beach was easy and one pool is right by the condo building, making everything very convenient. The condo was spacious giving our little ones room to run around.
