If you are looking for a townhouse in an attractive resort community, Venetian Bay Villages is the place to stay. It is a secure gated community located just 0.6 miles north of Hwy 192 and just 1.4 miles from WalMart and 1.5 miles from Medieval Times while there are an abundance of restaurants and stores all along Hwy192 while the theme parks are only 10 ~ 20 minutes away.
The resort facilities at Venetian Bay Villages are within easy walking distance for guests and include a clubhouse with high speed Internet access in and around the clubhouse so why not bring your laptop, business center which has 4 computers and a printer, a conference room, 2 living rooms (one has a TV), games/arcade room that includes a pool table and several arcade games, sundry shop and gym while outside you will find a large community pool (depth 3ft 6” to 5ft) with an outdoor spa and wrap-around sun deck with chairs and loungers overlooking a pond with a fountain and woodland in the distance. There are also BBQ facilities, a kid’s playground, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. The clubhouse hours are: Mon ~ Fri: 8.30am ~ 5.30pm, Sat: 9am ~ 4.30pm, Sun: closed.
My husband and I spent 10 days in Kissimee renting this condo. What a pleasant surprise to walk into our place and find the dining room set for fine dining-very tastefully done. The master bedroom was lovely with a very comfortable king size bed( I slept so well) and large ensuite. Upstairs the bedrooms were nicely decorated with two twin beds in each and full bathroom as well. Washer and dryer worked well.We were close to Disney and shopping and restaurants. With the g.p.s. we had no problem getting around. I cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was fine. The community pool was 87 to 88 degrees and the hot tub 104-very enjoyable and not too crowded. The gated community was very well maintained and great for morning walks. I would certainly reccomend staying here-the unit was very clean and we had a very relaxing holiday
Just returned from a 2 week stay in this beautiful clean home. The pictures and description do not do it justice. First time staying in a home always stayed in hotels/suites before but never again. All amenities were very clean. Loved the added touch of table setting it was very welcoming and homely. Plenty of nice table and kitchen ware everything you could possible need to cook if you wished to. Hairdryers were in both bathrooms and the jacuzzi in the master bedroom was lovely after a long day at the parks. The free Wifi was a great asset as we could keep in touch with friends and family back in the UK. Great for our teenagers.The resort itself was lovely, quiet and relaxing, well maintained and tidy and the security was second to none making it and you feel safe. The main pool, satelite pools and leisure facilities and reception were lovely and again well maintained. The location of the resort is well placed near to Kissimmee with lots of restaurants, shops and a huge Walmart and Publix supermarket in close proximity and easy to get to the all the theme parks. I would advise anyone to hire a car as this would make everything easier to get to although it is not a necessity.Peter Noronha the owner couldn't have been more helpful and made the process of booking, paying and all information easy to follow and answered any questions we had fully, although we didn't need to contact him during our stay as everything was superb. I most certainly recommend this beautiful townhouse to anyone and we will most definately be looking to rebook ourselves in the future. Perfect location for accessing both coasts and Legoland. The townhome is very comfortable and had plenty of room for the 3 of us, plus extra room if we'd have needed it. Easy access to parking and quiet, and yet it has shopping within walking distance. The maintenance crew is quick to respond, thorough, and friendly. The owner was quick to repond to questions and in returning the deposit; plus he goes out of his way to make sure everything is order. The hospitality of all was greatly appreciated.
This townhouse was a perfect place to stay for our summer vacation. The listing description/photos of the property reflect accurately the rental's location/appearance/amenities :)) The townhouse was very clean and well-maintained, the kitchen was well-stock with everything that you need to cook a yummy meal for the family! The community have pool/playgroung/basketball & volleyball courts which were perfect for my 2 kids (7&3y/o) beside being indoor watching movies :) My kids loved the pool!
We did encountered few minor issues, contacted Peter (property owner) via email about them, got a very prompt respond back (A plus!) and by the next day his property management came to fix it...the process went so easy/smooth that it didn't interrupt our stay there :))) I will surely recommend this property to family w kids (young or old) for their vacation, not only what the community offers but it is also so close to Disney parks/Sea World/Universal Studios (took us less than 15min drive). Also, it have Walmart (24hrs), Target, and supermarkets at very close driving distance!

My family and I stayed in this condo and were extremely happy with it. We had our three children, my parents and sister. We never felt that we were confined or tripping over one another. It was the first trip we had taken where we actually felt relaxed.
The condo is extremely well located. It was a short drive to Sea World and Disney. We were able to easily get to the local grocery stores and Wal-Mart.
We found the place to be exactly what was described. We definitely found it to be a home away from home. The owner was very helpful, before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.
