Enjoy comfortable, vacation living in this spacious clean home located in quiet neighborhood. This tastefully decorated home features a sunny great room with arched windows and pocket sliding doors which open to the solar heated pool. New 42' flat screen TV in great room. Internet access provided. The large master suite also opens to the pool area, and has queen bed and 32' television. The master bath is beautifully finished with his and her basins, garden soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and television. Third bedroom has a deluxe full-sized bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with small tv, laundry room, and pool bath. Ceiling fans throughout. Pool is fully screened with electric BBQ grill and patio set.

Close to Matlacha and Pine Islands and the world-famous shelling of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The Red Sox and Twins spring training camps are just minutes away in Fort Myers. For the golf enthusiast,there are 7 different golf courses within 1/2 hour drive. The Edison/Ford estates are close and well worth a visit. Close to shopping, theatres, playhouses, beaches and restaurants.

About The Owner

My husband and I reside in Maine. We have three adult children. We were first introduced to the beautiful Cape Coral region when our two sons started their college baseball seasons by playing in Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. We were so impressed with the beautiful canals, beaches and lifestyle, that we began to consider purchasing a home for our future retirement. When we are able to vacation there, we enjoy the warm, sunny weather, exploring the barrier islands, and experiencing the charm and ambiance of old Florida, as well as the relative infancy of the residential town of Cape Coral. We look forward to the time when we can spend the winter months in Florida rather than the cold and snow of Maine!

Very nice home. The maintenance of the pool was poorly done.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: Once we were made aware of a complaint with the pool, we contacted our pool maintenance company and our property manager. The pool company comes each Saturday to clean and maintain the pool. They had been out to the home both Saturdays. The property manager explained to the tenant, that since Cape Coral had been experiencing unusually dry and hot weather, the water level of the pool would need to be supplemented with a hose. He asked the tenant if he would be ok with adding water if he noticed the level getting lower than the skimmer. We have not heard of any further problems with the pool, then or since.
