Features include three large HI definition TVs, and 27' TV in loft bedroom, programmable safe for your valuables, special allergy free bedding, and built-in desk for computer needs. This residence is decorated and appointed beyond most beach front units on any island. This residence has a living room that views the ocean, an adjoining balcony with seating for five (to eat all your meals with a view) overlooking the ocean and the surrounding area. The kitchen is extremely well designed and actually becomes yet, another quality living area. The kitchen has granite counter tops, purified drinking water system,warming drawer, and a dining area convenient to the kitchen and living room. Uniquely, the first level features not one but two master bedrooms.
