Third home back from White Sands Beach Park on a quiet secluded garden lane, yet two minutes drive to shopping in Keauhou, 7 minutes to town. This good size studio has King Size Bed and a Twin day bed. Twin can be moved to the screened porch / lanai for privacy. Kitchenette has microwave, coffee maker, toaster over, blender. Cable TV, WiFi. Plenty of extras - beach chairs & towels, coolers, a gas BBQ grill to use in the yard. This is the downstairs unit in the a private vacation home which also has an upstairs unit rented. There is only 1 other unit, so this is far less crowded than a condo complex or hotel and yet more affordable. You are a short 30 second walk from Whitesands / La'aloa State Park, also Pahoehoe Grassy Park. This is a great value for those looking for a nice room close to the beach.

Great studio in a very quiet area, convenient to beach, town, etc., yet private and away from road noise of Alii drive. Very clean & easy to clean for those longer stays; lives larger than it appears. Extras include, washer & drier, bogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, even child car seat & stroller,etc., all provided! Bicycles would be nice, if provided. Staff support excellent, when needed. Best when upstairs unit not rented, as there is some minor floor noise.

Large room and kitchen, quiet neiberhood, good location near many nice beach. Except need for some bed repair and better floor cleaning, the rest is excellent. Snorkel and body surf board and beach chair available. good attention to details. Very nice place to stay, free parking at door,

Tom and his staff were extremely helpful all week. The room (although just a studio) was nicer than expected and perfect for my week. The house and area are beautiful, convenient for the beach across the street. The ammenities were very convenient also.
