1940s Cottage with a designer's facelift. Whether for a Romantic Getaway, a Family Vacation, or an Austin City Limits/South By Southwest visit to our great city, this rental house will exceed your expectations. Under one roof are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, along with a 1-1 Mother-in-Law quarters with its own kitchenette and living area. The Romantic Master Suite has a plush Heavenly Bed, opening into a bathroom full of relaxation, whether you soak in the garden tub or experience the freedom of an open shower. The kitchen has a beautiful copper farmhouse sink along with a huge butcher block island for breakfast or casual meals. The dining room has a 70 inch round wood table that says family and community. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds and share a bathroom. The Mother-in-Law quarters has a separate entrance with a living area, kitchenette, queen bed, and full bath. The MIL quarters can also be rented separately. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a trampoline for fun.

My girlfriend and I rented this house for the weekend of Austin City Limits Music Festival earlier this month. This is the perfect rental for anyone looking for a downtown Austin home that is centrally located, beautifully designed, and owned by the friendliest of families.

I highly recommend this house to anyone that is traveling to Austin. It was an A+ rental experience.
