A lotta Texan, a little jungle, a bit frilly, a lot of woods and fun to be had in this 1750sf fully furnished home with an elevated walkway and gazebo. Sit, relax, watch/feed the deer (no hunting). The Wet Deck gives access to the hot tub, gas grill. Another deck leads you to the creek and allows for playing in the woods. Inside enjoy Dish TV, poker/game table (games available), completely furnished kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, full size washer & dryer. Swim at the large community pool or at the lake park (less than 1/4 mile) . Tennis & basketball courts located by pool. Full marina and boat launch, wonderful public 18 hole golf course

Bring your golf clubs, boat, jet skis, fishing gear. Coldspring has great antique shops and comfortable restaurants. Enjoy shopping at Trade Days the 4th Saturday of the month. Point Blank has PorkChops - live music most Saturdays & great hamburgers!
