Klamath Falls Vacation Rental cabin

Cleaning Deposit/Fees:: The non-refundable cleaning deposit/fee will be due at time of booking. In the event damage has been done which exceeds the deposit amount, your credit card will be charged accordingly as well as any charges for excessive use of heating.

Smoking/Pets: Cabin and Bunkhouse are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the buildings, ashtrays are not provided. Please remove any remains from smoking before checking out. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Property is not fenced in.

Cancellations: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Valentines Day and Easter reservations are required to pay balances in full 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made prior to 45-60 days are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival require full forfeiture of rental amount. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date receive full refund. For all other times of the year, cancellations made within 20 days of arrival date require full forfeiture of rental amount. All other cancellations made 20-45 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival receive full refund of rental fees paid. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to circumstances beyond our control. There are no refunds due to natural or man-made disaster, electrical blackout, loss of telephone service or any event beyond the control of Saddleback Ranch.
