The Main Residence can be split in either of the following ways:
Main & Top Levels (above #'s 1 & 2): Sleeps 4 Adults, 1 King & 1 Qn.-size beds. Rate: $8400.00 a week / $32500.00 a month. Includes 1 space in Garage. Billiards/Family room has a sofa sleeper (Qn.-size) & half bath, which can sleep an additional 2 Adults.
Lower Level (above # 3): Sleeps 2 Adults, Qn.-size Bed. Rate: $4200.00 a week / $17000.00 a month. Includes a separate entrance, 1 space in Garage & access to the Pool Terrace.
Included & Other Available Services:
Houseman, and daily housekeeping are included in the rental rates. Pool & jacuzzi service are once a week. We can stock your kitchen prior to arrival and during your stay. Don't want to cook? We can provide a chef for you! Currently our chef is available Friday-Sunday. Should you require, we can supply a driver to take you around the Napa Valley. Inquire about rates.
