Fees & Payment Information:
$100 cleaning fee apply to all reservations.
Reservation Fee of $50 applies to all reservations, fee waived if balance paid by cash or check.
Taxes apply to all reservations less than 6 months long.(11.5%)
Payments may be made in Cash, Personal Check, Cashiers Check, Visa, Mastercard, or Travelers Check in US funds.
Security Deposits are required immediately to reserve unit,
$500 Fully Refundable security deposit required on all reservations, deposit will be returned after stay
All balances are due 30 days prior to check-in.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require payment in-full upon booking, reservation fee applies.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to check in, cancellation fee of $100 applies to all reservations.
Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will forfeit security deposit, unless unit is re-booked.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival can rebook for the same unit within one year,
NO refunds will be given unless unit is re-booked.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to weather, hurricanes, red tide, and other acts of nature unless a mandatory
evacuation of the island is required, but we will be happy to rebook for the same unit within one year.
