This Top Floor Water Front Resort Condo w/balcony and 875 Sq Ft of Luxury has Gulf, Bay, and Swimming Pool Views. You have the best of all worlds. If you want crowds and excitement Destin is a thirty minute drive east. Destin has some of the best shopping around. If you want a little less action but certainly more traffic than Navarre Beach then take one of the most beautiful drives in the world for that matter use one of the two Complimentary Beach Bicycles and bike down to Pensacola Beach. This is one of the most spectacular bike rides you will ever take. By car it's ten minutes. You won't believe your eyes because the sand is so white you will think it's snow. There is a bicycle path that stretches all the way from the very beginning of Navarre Beach and goes for about 30 mile to the end of Pensacola Beach. The Condo has many great qualities like a washer and dryer, fridge/freezer with ice and water in the door, glass top stove with a microwave oven to name a few.
