Our mountain home is ideal for both winter and summer rental. It is a very short drive to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, and a very short walk to the mountain's shuttle bus stop. We are also across the street from the Snowcreek Athletic Club and are directly adjacent to the 8th hole of the Snowcreek golf course! Our neighborhood is very quiet, exclusive, surrounded by mountain views, and has virtually no traffic. A beautiful pond (with wildflowers and waterfall in the spring and summer) and expansive play area is right outside our door. Kids make friends easily with lots of other kids, and the neighborhood is ideal for long or short walks with great views.
