  • $130-$199/night; $910-$1393/week
  • There is a cleaning fee of $80 plus tax. A hotel tax of 12.5% is charged to all fees and collected by the management company (Vista Cay Management Company, LLC) at the time of rental payment. As outlined in theTerms and Conditions from the company, upon arrival, guests are required to have a major credit card pre-authorized for the amount of $400, which will act as a Security Deposit against any accidental damage which may occur during your occupation in our home.
  • As outlined in the company's Rental Policy, a non-refundable deposit of $250 has to be paid to secure the reservation. If you book within 4 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due at the time of booking. Otherwise, the balance payment is due no later than 28 days prior to arrival.

    The company recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation rental insurance.

    Monthly and longer rates also available. Book directly with owner for best rates.
