This large studio apartment is a quiet and comfortable oasis in the midst of the most popular area of the South Beach Ocean Drive strip. The location is amazing and provides a central base for you to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants and clubs without ever having to use a car. And the nicely equipped full kitchen provides a cost effective alternative to eating out for every meal.

Sleeping up to 4 people comfortably, this condo is a budget friendly choice for a small family or 2 couples looking for an inexpensive stay in the heart of South Beach's Art Deco District.

For most time frames our minimum stay requirement is just 4 nights and we offer discounts for extended stays of 5 or more nights.

Please feel free to ask about the possibility of a 3 night stay if you are unable to stay for 4 nights.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal and ask for a 50% deposit to secure the rental. In most cases the balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to check-in.

What makes this condo unique

The fact that this condo is very well layed out and that it has a full kitchen made purchasing this condo a no-brainer. With 525 square feet and a kitchen large enough for 2-3 people to move around at a time, our condo really is unique to the area. The bath is also quite large and since the condo is a corner unit, we have a large amount of natural light (with windows along the back and the side of the condo).
