The Residence sits in a scenic, tranquil position about just 1 km from the beach. The Residence Bellavista has been recently completely reconditioned and has a total of 7 apartments. The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the center of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs.

Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public. The Residence includes restaurant (open from May to September) and bar with lakeview terrace and a private parking lot unguarded. Guests can select optionally breakfast.

Important Information!!: In July and August, every Tuesday, the road is closed because of the evening market, with live music, from 17:00 – 24:00.

How to arrive:: By Auto:

•From A4 motorway take Desenzano exit. Keep to this road following the signs for Padenghe del Garda, Moniga del Garda and Manerba del Garda.

•When you arrive at the double roundabout for Manerba del Garda

•At the first roundabout take the right exit.

•At the second roundabout take the second right exit.

•In 200 mt. you will come to a fork, take the right fork onto November IV street.

•Follow this to the end going straight on at the roundabout.

•At the T-junction turn left onto Via D'Annunzio.

•At the second T-junction turn left again onto Via Marchesini.

•This takes you to the Piazza San Bernardo Where you turn left onto Via Vittorio Veneto.

•After 500 mt. Bellavista Residence is on the right hand side. You have arrived.

About Michele Alboraletti

The Bella Vista was built in 1959 by my grandparents, Angelo and Adele Alboraletti.

Since then it has always been managed by the family. The initial idea was to build a carpentry because my grandfather was a good carpenter, well-known in the town. While constructing, however it was decided to build a hotel with 10 rooms, a restaurant and a bar It was called “Bella Vista” due to the great location and view of Lake Garda.

After the death of grandfather in 1964 my father Natale and his brother Angolino inherited the hotel. Together with their wives they have always maintained the structure with love and passion.

In 1995, with a great pain, my father Natale left us and since then I, my brother Daniele and our mother Amelia have managed the hotel.

In 2000 we decided to completely change the type from hotel to residence with apartments. We made a complete renovation of the entire structure, leaving intact only the outer walls and inserting 7 double-room apartments, a swimming pool, restaurant with lake view terrace as sell as a pool bar.

Today, after almost 15 years of management, I am grateful to all my family, especially to my wife Agnieszka for her help during the most difficult situations. Also, I would like to thank all our customers, guests and friend, because by their presence, they have contributed to make this place my great passion.

Golf: The nearest 27 holes is the Garda Golf Country Club (4km away) 11min drive from the apartment. Gardagolf is known to experts as one of the best courses that has been constructed over the last fifteen years.Extending over a total area of 110 hectares it was conceived by the English architects Cotton, Penninck Steel &partners. Gardagolf composes of a 27 hole course which lies between the Rock of Manerba (Rocca di Manerba) Soiano Castle and the Valtenesi hills offering extraordinary panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding countryside with its cypresses, olive groves, centenarian oaks and maritime pines.

The setting is magnificent!!!

Our family of four stayed at Hotel Bellavista in July 09. We can only describe our experience as excellent. The best feature of our stay was the wonderful hospitality shown by hotel staff, in particular, Micki, the owner/manager.Other great features included the pool and and the view. The hotel is located beside an excellent bus service which serves all local train services, so one can stay at the hotel and visit all the best attractions of Lake Garda, without having to rent a car. We will definitely return!
