This Cocoa Beach home is just a short walk from the ocean with its own private solar heated pool and a private dock. Feel free to bring your boat or kayak and don't forget your fishing poles. While sitting on the dock you might see Manatees swim by. And, occasionally dolphins find their way into the canal. Great Egrets, Herons and Pelicans provide you with fly-bys and the Egrets sometimes visit on the pool deck. The canal leads to the intercoastal waterway and 1,000 islands area providing great fishing, beautiful scenery and sunsets. The home is very comfortable with all the luxuries you could ask for. Great location - 2 blocks to downtown Cocoa Beach with great restaurants and shops within walking distance, 2 miles to Ron Jons Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Pier, 5 miles to Port Canaveral where the cruise ships and charter boats dock. The charter boat captains have a reputation for knowing where to find the fish!
