'Life's a Beach' in this comfortable condo decorated in a casual, coastal theme. You are literally steps away from Gulfview's private beach with the sugar-white sands and emerald-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Restaurants are within walking distance. Silver Sands outlet mall and Destin Commons are close by. The area boasts award-winning golf courses, water parks, go-carts, bowling, and movie theaters. A boutique winery, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and grocery stores are also located nearby. Your vacation condo comes complete with a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom -- just bring your personal essentials! A queen bed in the master bedroom and hall bunks provide comfortable sleeping for 4 people(all linens provided). There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa. A washer and dryer, while not in the unit, are just outside the condo. The quiet, cozy Gulfview complex features a hot tub, 2 swimming pools (one is heated), barbecue area, and ample parking.
