About Judy

We have been coming to Big Bear for over 15 years enjoying all there is to offer. Big Bear offers so many year round activities including some of the best fishing, hiking, skiing, boating, camping, biking, trail riding and much more… and we have rented many cabins over the years so that we could make the most of it all. Eventually we bought our 1st vacation home here to take full advantage of all there is to do. So we feel we know a lot about cabin rentals and enjoying vacations in Big Bear. And most importantly, we know what vacationers want in a cabin rental for their Big Bear Vacation. So we have dedicated our business to offering cabins that are well kept and that are desirable so that the limited time that we all get for vacation can be enjoyed to its fullest. Big Bear is close and easy to get to, but we want to make sure that you have an enjoyable trip Every time you come up. The location of the house, outdoor space, Lake Front and views - great!!!! The house itself is dirty, old and really small. Cleaning person was still "cleaning" the house when we came at 3:30pm; and still the house was really dusty, sticky; just really not very pleasant. The location saved the trip, as we did have good time, but once again the house itself is really run down....
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We appreciate your feedback as we continually strive to better accomodate our guests. I am glad that you and your guests had a great time at the cabin! Yes, our guests LOVE this location as it's an excellent spot on the lake with great views, a fun beach to play at, along with a boat dock and a hot tub.

We sincerely apologize if the cabin was not ready for your 3 pm arrival and I am confidant that our management team has been in contact with you to accomodate you for this inconvenience. We take pride in CLEANLINESS and to hear that the cabin was dirty upon your arrival is a concern. This cabin is quality checked before each arrival to ensure that it is clean and ready for our guests and occasionally, during summer months, our guests leave later than expected which causes a delay in our cleaning team to enter the cabin.

We look forward to your return to this cabin or to another cabin to experience the level of quality service that we intende to offer our guests.

"My husband and I spent 3 nights and 4 days in the Raccoon's Loft and enjoyed every minute of it. The view of the lake was beautiful, the jacuzzi was heated and ready to go, and the location was great. We felt that everyone we dealt with was kind and professional. We will definitely be back. "Decided on a last minute vacation to the mountains with the family. Called on Saturday AM and got a great discounted rate for 2 nights. The cabin was perfect, right on the lake with a private dock. We even got snowed in on Sunday night. Across the board, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them for cabin rentals. Thanks!"

"This is the best and memorable trip that I ever had. The person whom I booked this locations was helpful friendly and work with me to get the best price and space for my family. We cant stop looking at the pictures from our trip, and can not wait to go back. The snow was amazing and the view was great and close to everything. I never got to say thank you and thank god for your 24 hour service because we lost the code to get in the house. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!"

Thank you for a wonderful family vacation on the lake! The kids had so much fun swimming, kayaking, fishing and jumping from the dock! And we enjoyed watching them from the wonderful jacuzzi hot tub that is on the deck!

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a great time away. The flat screen TV in the living room was an added bonus for the guys. And the private Master Suite that is next to the main house was a perfect place for the In-Laws (hint hint :)

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For a memorable vacation. We will definitely be back next year.
