This spacious 3 floor beach house is located approximately 1/2 block from the beach and is located about 5 miles from Pier Park in the family oriented end of Panama City Beach (West End). This is a great family vacation spot to make memories that will last a lifetime. It will accommodate a large family or you can invite other to join you and split the cost. From the 3rd floor balcony there is a beautiful view of the ocean and the second floor balcony over looks the swimming pool.

On the 1st floor, there is the living room; which contains TV with cable, sofa, 2 recliners, and a chair that can be pulled out to a twin bed. Also on this floor there is a bedroom that has a Queen bed and a full bath. The 2nd floor is where the full stocked kitchen is located in the kitchen is where the door is that leads to the 2nd floor balcony. It comes furnished with kitchen table with 6 chairs, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, blender, and an assortment of other appliances. Also on this floor there is a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and Full Bath. Finally, on the 3rd floor is the master bedroom with a King sized bed and then another bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom on this floor that connects the two bedrooms.
