HOUSE LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET FROM PANAMA CITY BEACH

We could not have asked for anything better! This house is so cute, so well situated, so well taken care of!!! Jeff is absolutely amazing ~ one of the nicest property owners I've ever dealt with. He is a local and is so very responsive. The house is set up really really well, pretty well stocked, but the LOCATION is amazing ~ most of all, the location is what makes it so special! Just steps, literally, to the beach ramp, takes less than a minute TOTAL to have your toes in the sand :) Did I mention the BEAUTIFUL pool? It is so very well taken care of ~ really. No bugs, no bees, no debris ~ just lovely. The lawn is so tidy and green and just like paradise. LOTS of privacy, yet you can watch the people bike by, the scooters vroom past... it was just such a cool place, cool home. My teenagers loved it... sitting out on the deck and seeing the ocean, watching the people pass by, joggers take a morning run; so peaceful. Further down Front Beach Rd, and away from the really severe congestion, yet only about 2 minutes to Pier Park. My teens walked to the Winn Dixie, CVS, etc... and loved that. Thanks, Jeff!
